Our box office operates from 12:00 pm to 5:30 pm Monday through Saturday, remaining open on performance days until curtain time.
Tickets can be reserved in person, by phone or on-line. Payment is due at the time of reservation, and can be made with cash, debit, Visa or Mastercard. For selected events, the box office may hold an unpaid reservation for the earlier of 7 days or 24 hours before the performance. Tickets unpaid after the deadline may be released for re-sale without notice.
When permitted, exchanges may only be made up to 24 hours before any performance. Tickets will not be exchanged on the day of or after a performance. Refunds are not permitted on theatre tickets. Consideration may be given in the instance of a sold out performance where a waiting list for tickets exists.
All tickets ordered by mail or phone are subject to a
processing fee of $1.69 plus taxes, regardless of the
number of tickets ordered. All internet orders are subject
to a processing fee of $2.12 plus taxes. Unless
mailing is requested, tickets will be held at the box
office for pickup.
The Jubilee is fully wheelchair accessible, with availability in row T in the Centre, North and South seating sections. Please inform the box office at the time of your order if you require wheelchair seating.
A limited number of listening assistance headsets are available at the box office on a first-come, first-served basis. A usage fee may apply.
For copyright purposes, the use video and audio recording devices is prohibited in the theatre. For selected performances, still cameras may be permitted. Please inquire when purchasing your tickets.
As a courtesy to other guests, we ask that all pagers and cellular phones be turned off in the theatre.
Children under the age of 14 are welcome at all age-appropriate Jubilee events, accompanied by an adult. Regardless of age, all guests in the theatre require a paid ticket.
Our Front of House staff will do their best to accommodate anyone arriving late for a performance. In the interest of all patrons and performers, guests arriving after curtain time will not be seated until there is a suitable break in the performance. These guests will be seated where it will not interfere with other patrons' enjoyment of the performance.
